Check out this reissue TS-9DX Tubescreamer that I have modified to 808 specs and a whole lot more yet still retaining the 808 vibe!

What has been included is:

More available drive/gain which will also clean up nicely with the drive control minimized.

Improved bass response in all positions, if you have ever played a DX you know what I mean. The bass increases into unusable /undesirable territory as you click above the TS9 setting ...WAY too much bass response which has been reduced considerably, perfect for humbuckers or single coil pickups ...so much better!

IC socket which will allow you to try different chips without the need to solder, an RC4558P and a JRC4558 will also be included along with installed metal film resistors for the 808 mod .

Toggle for switching (not shown) between stock gain and hi gain is an option as well as true bypass!

Many other caps and resistors have been replaced with higher quality metal film components which yield superior clarity and tone, rich harmonics, sustain, excellent grind and more control ! Possibly one of the best overdrives you have ever heard! It will power up with a 9 volt battery or AC adapter (not included ).

We present our TS-7 Tubescreamer which has been modified to TS-808 specs and even further enhanced ! More drive/gain, better bass response, much more clarity/transparency and harmonics were achieved by replacing stock output resistors with metal film resistors along with a socketed JRC4558D and an RC4558P op amp that many of the 808's had and having a socket allows you to easily change chips to try different ones .they all have a different / distinct sound .

Also, to go even further, several capacitors and resistors have been replaced with ones of different values and much higher grade metal film, more "breathing room".. no more muddy sound and really opens it up to allow much better bass, chunk and girth as well as increased gain/saturation , just crank up the drive pot for more or turn it down and it cleans up nicely ! One the pair of clipping diodes was changed as well for even order/asymmetrical distortion and harmonics, much better! This may be one of the best overdrives you have ever heard ! Rich harmonics and excellent sustain, you WILL like this! It is in good condition but does have some minor scuffs and scratches, the stock red LED has been replaced with a 3mm blue LED and it also has a new on/off switch which I always do replace ! It powers up with a 9-volt or an AC adaptor (not included).
